RETURN POLICY

Right of return/replacement.In the event of a real defect, the buyer is entitled alternatively without charge to a) replacement of the product or b) withdrawal from the sale.

Right of withdrawal. The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the product in its original condition, without incurring any expense, except the return costs. This period starts from the receipt of the products. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal by the consumer, the company is obliged to return the sums paid by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer is possible as long as the product is completely unused, is in its packaging and has not been opened.

The company bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during the return transport.
